  • I am a fan of the Bamboo collection but can't find the products anymore - has it been discontinued?

    The Bamboo product range has been discontinued in Europe. We encourage you to try one of our Caviar Anti-Aging products instead. If you need help with finding a suitable similar product for your hair type, please contact us.

  • Could you help me to confirm that the Alterna products I have purchased online are genuine?

    Alterna only guarantees the authenticity of its products when purchased through an authorized salon or retail outlet. If you have reasons to believe there is something wrong with one of the products you have purchased, please contact us.

  • Do Alterna products have an expiry date? How do I read the batch number of Alterna products?

    All Alterna products sold in Europe through authorized partners comply with the legally determined shelf-life and PAO (Period After Opening).
